Stop training and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
Results vary based on effort, consistency, health status, skill level, lifestyle, and other individual factors. OFTE does not guarantee specific athletic, physical, academic, recruiting, or performance results.
OFTE Training Blueprint materials, workouts, and mentorship are intended for the personal use of the enrolled client only. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission from OFTE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFTE is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of its website, programs, training materials, or services. Clients participating in in-person training must also complete OFTE’s separate Client Policy, Assumption of Risk, and Release Agreement.
By using OFTE services or materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer.
