CEO / Owner: Jordan Thomas

I’m from Centralia, Washington, a small town about 45 minutes south of Tacoma. I’ve been around the game of basketball since I was 9 years old, and ever since then, it’s been a huge part of who I am. I went on to play basketball at Pacific Lutheran University from 2018–2023.

Growing up, I had big dreams with the game. Looking back now, I don’t think I realized how much basketball would really impact my life. It taught me way more than just how to play. It taught me discipline, how to handle adversity, how to stay consistent, and how to believe in myself. It’s taken me across the country and even overseas to Australia, while bringing me friendships, experiences, and connections I’ll always be grateful for.

Right now, I’m still chasing the goal of earning an overseas contract. I am still pursuing the game myself and currently working toward earning an overseas contract. That is why everything I ask of my athletes, I am willing to do myself.

OFTE Training Core Pedagogy

OFTE was built on the belief that every athlete deserves more than a workout plan. We are human, everyone has emotional/spiritual healing to work through. That is why when we train, it is much deeper than just working out. Our ultimate goal is to make each session as therapeutic as possible for our athletes.

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the work, sacrifice, and uncertainty that come with chasing bigger goals. I created OFTE to provide athletes with a space where they can develop their physical capabilities, build confidence, learn discipline, and take ownership of their journey.

Our training is intentional. Whether you are working toward making a team, earning a college opportunity, becoming a stronger leader, or simply becoming the best version of yourself, OFTE meets you where you are and pushes you toward where you want to be.

This is not about quick results or empty promises. It is about consistency, accountability, mentorship, and a genuine commitment to helping athletes realize what they are capable of.
