Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT & SCHEDULING Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle and renews monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. Payments are nonrefundable once the billing cycle begins. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice, will result in a $25 late cancellation/no-show fee. The fee must be paid before the client’s next session. Late cancellations and no-shows may also count as a used session. Unused sessions expire at the end of the monthly billing cycle unless OFTE approves otherwise in writing. Emergencies may be reviewed at OFTE’s discretion. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES I agree to arrive on time, follow coaching instructions, use equipment safely, and immediately inform OFTE of any pain, injury, illness, medical condition, limitation, or change in health. I confirm that I am physically able to participate or have obtained medical clearance when necessary. OFTE does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, nutrition counseling, or mental-health services. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE I understand that athletic training involves inherent risks, including soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, fractures, serious injury, illness, and, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless OFTE Training, its owner, coaches, contractors, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from my participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply where prohibited by law, including gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I authorize OFTE to obtain emergency medical assistance if reasonably necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting costs. BLUEPRINT & MENTORSHIP The OFTE Training Blueprint and all OFTE materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed. Mentorship is not 24/7 availability; OFTE will respond within a reasonable timeframe. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OFTE may pause or end services for unsafe conduct, disrespect, repeated policy violations, or nonpayment.
